Director of Operations - Office Staffing, LLC

Location: Grand Rapids Township, MI

Compensation: Yearly at $50000.00-$75000.00

A non-profit international student exchange organization is seeking a business-minded and customer service-oriented Director of Operations to manage the daily operations of the Admissions, Student Support, and Administrative divisions. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience and will be responsible for improving partner relations and developing and creating effective business plans and solutions.

Responsibilities:
Identify and generate prospects through strategically focusiong on target markets
Maintain good working relationships with exisiting partners
Identify and develop new and existing referral sources
Work with Host Family Division to develop and maintain recruiting strategies
Create and implement tools to monitor and analyze the operations team workload
Collaborate with various divisions to develop an automated process
Suggest developmental strategies to improve customer service
Provide regular feedback to team members
Additional tasks required by senior leadership team

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Previous management experience - at least three years in a management role; preferred 5-10 years
Preferred experience working in a non-profit or government agencies
Strong customer service and relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills - working with internal and external stakeholders
Experience working internationally would be a plus
Ability to multi-task and wear many hats - will be right hand person to the Executive Director
